Located at the Northeast corner of Vermont and Manchester, Evermont is a mixed-use, transit-oriented affordable housing community developed in partnership with BRIDGE Housing, the Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD), and Primestor.

Evermont comprises two housing communities: Luminus@Evermont which offers 118 units for families as well as 58 units reserved for permanent supportive housing, and Vista@Evermont which will offer 62 permanent supportive housing apartments for seniors who have experienced chronic homelessness. This community will also include commercial and retail spaces including a Target, a SEED school, a transit plaza, and a Metro training facility.

Luminus@Evermont

Luminus@Evermont will offer 118 affordable homes for families with low incomes and is anticipated to complete construction in Fall 2024. 58 units will serve households referred through the Coordinated Entry System. The remaining 58 units will be filled through a general application process near construction completion. Income and other restrictions will apply.
